Stree 2 is hands down one of the most anticipated films of the year, has finally hit theatres, and fans are thrilled. Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan, this horror-comedy sequel continues to blend laughter with spooky tales, much like its predecessor. The cast, including Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana, made a grand promotional appearance in Delhi, where they shared intriguing details about the film and even some real-life supernatural experiences. Aparshakti Khurana, who plays Bittu in the film, shared a spine-chilling ghost story from his real life that left everyone in shock. He recalled an unsettling experience he had while driving back from Gurgaon to Delhi around 3-3:30 AM. According to Khurana, he saw something disturbing near the GK1-GK2 flyover. Out of curiosity, he took a U-turn to check again, but when he looked back, whatever he had seen had vanished. Released on August 15, Stree 2 has been praised for its impressive VFX and CGI, making it a hit among audiences. According to Sacnilk.com, the film is estimated to have made Rs 135.7 crore nett in its three-day run. Stree 2, the sequel to the 2018 hit "Stree," brings back Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor in their original roles. This horror-comedy delves into the story of Chanderi's residents, who are now being haunted by a new menace—a beheaded entity known as Sarkata that is abducting women.
